Ms. Adrienne D. Cobb-Conley, Founder & CEO of Unlimited Resources, a non-profit organization, is recognized within her community as a "Lifestyle Enhancer," dedicated to empowering young adults to elevate both their personal and professional development, and to craft their own unique life narratives.

With a rich background in education and career development, Ms. Cobb-Conley brings over 25 years of experience, having worked with The Little Rock School District and The University of Arkansas Systems. She has supported over 3,000 students, young adults, and women through leadership development, career preparation, college 101, academic advising, workplace and social etiquette training, and awareness on domestic violence. Notably, she has also served as the lead trainer for more than 500 students in an inclusive program for disabled youth, facilitating job placements and program initiatives.

Among her most impactful initiatives are the Youth Mentoring and Leadership Program, and the revitalization of the Debutante Scholarship Program, which had been dormant for 15 years in Garland County. This initiative provides underserved young women with college or vocational scholarships, which Ms. Cobb-Conley believes can be transformative in encouraging students to pursue higher education and realize their potential as "Future Leaders."
